Joe is the President of JPerzel, Inc., former Board Director for the Project Management Institute - Minnesota Chapter and current President of International Institute of Business Analysts - Minneapolis/St. Paul chapter  Joe has developed 20+ leadership and project management presentations and workshops based on best practices enhanced with his own unique experiences.

 

Joe’s years of experience running information system, operations, and business projects from conception to completion, including strategic planning, design, vendor management and personnel phases has culminated in the successful deployment in both custom and package systems for business and economic efficiency.

 

Joe promotes a leadership model which includes an eye toward team inclusion.  Successful project/program management doesn’t start or end with meeting a budget.  The balance of stakeholder, client, and staff communication and expectation are critical to a positive project outcome.
